  •      An estate sale is a sale where the partial or entire contents of a home is sold, items are priced according to condition, and current market value, the estate sale is advertised, customers are contacted and buyers purchase everything from the extravagant to the sublime. Money is received for your unwanted household items.
         You may need an estate sale company if you are moving for any number of reasons. You may need to liquidate a loved ones household, divorcing, illness, combining two households, or simply moving and want to downsize.   • HOW DOES IT WORK?
  •      For starters we meet with you at the home and give a free, "no-obligation" evaluation of your estate. We go through the home and talk about what you would like to accomplish, this then becomes our goal. We consider the physical arrangement of the home, and how best to showcase your estate. After our visit, we formulate our sales plan and how to most effectively help you attain your goals.
         Throughout the liquidation process, your household contents will be treated with respect. We understand that you are not only liquidating personal property, but that you may have memories associated with many of the items to be sold. Our goal is to provide you with a professional liquidation and to help eliminate any of the unwanted stress normally associated with such situations.


  • WHAT ARE THE COSTS?
  •      Estate sales are usually conducted, for a percentage calculated on the total amount sold. Fees range any where from 25% to 35% commission depending on how large the estate is, condition/ quality of items in the sale, amount of preparation and cleanup required. Our service won't cost you a single penny out of your pocket. We work entirely on a commission basis there are no up front fees or hidden costs. Our commission comes out of estate sale proceeds.

  • Payment will be issued within one hour of the end of sale.
  • Receipts of all items sold (over $20) will be provided.
