take photographs of desirable items to be used in internet marketing. |
|
|
put together a detailed description listing items in the sale. |
|
|
promote the sale including; Internet sites detailing your sale with photos and item descriptions, maps/directions, newspaper ads, our subscriber lists, and "specialty" item customers. |

|
place professional directional signage at high traffic intersections the day of your sale. |
CONDUCT;

|
conduct two or three day sale. (based on the estate size) |

|
staff the sale with qualified seasoned retail sales associates proficient in selling. |
|
|
use a bid process for higher priced items. |
|
|
use professional on-site signage throughout the home. (to promote sales and encourage safety) |

work with you, the client, and the sale patrons to provide an enjoyable, valuable and profitable sale experience for all parties. |
RECONCILE;

Payment will be issued within one hour of the end of sale. |

|
A list of all items sold (over $20) will be provided. |
CONCLUDE;

After the sale, we supply you with various options regarding how to dispose of the remaining contents.
